In this case study, the client had already hired another company to install the new patio area. Once the install began, it became increasingly clear that it was not a good fit for them or the company. That's when the client reached out to Linnemann Lawn Care and Landscaping, Inc. Our team met with the client, assessed the job and set a date to complete the project.

Process

Before beginning the project, we met with the client to get a better understanding of their expectations for the patio install. Once we better understood their vision, we assessed the job site and began working.

Summary of Project

As a company that specializes in lawn care and landscaping, we knew we could install our clients new patio area and provide them with a functional space that would add value to their home.

In this case, the client was starting with a half-way complete patio install that needed reconstructing and installed properly.

To start off, we pulled up the already set stone and set it aside.

When that was complete, we assessed the base material and re-installed it properly.

From there, we installed the exisiting stone and added gator dust to fill in around the stone gaps.

After all that was complete, they installed plant material with soil amendments.

Once that was done we cleaned up the job site and we met with the client to ensure satisfaction and receive feedback.
